Whether you are recovering from a cardiac event, experiencing breathing problems or simply wish to improve your physical fitness, OSF HealthCare Cardiac Rehabilitation offers specialized rehabilitation programs for you.

It’s also a fitness program for people seeking personalized attention and help in changing their lifestyle.

Our professional team of registered nurses and exercise physiologists works collaboratively with you and your physician.

Together, they design an individualized program to meet your specific fitness goals.

Programs

This phase begins while you are in the hospital. You will be educated on your diagnosis and begin walking or doing other exercises to help in your recovery.

Note: Some OSF HealthCare hospitals may not offer this phase of the program.
